How to Clean a Wooden Rolling Pin
Don't wash it in the dishwasher, it can absorb odours and chemical detergents.
Wash rapidly after each use with warm water and a few drops of Marseille soap. If it's particularly dirty, use a sponge, then rinse with warm water and dry with a loth. If possible, store it to dry vertically to avoid mildew.
