Why did we choose a plastic handle?

Even though we are hopeless romantics who love the smell and feeling of wood, we wanted to introduce you to a pasta cutter with a handle made of ABS plastic (food safe plastic) that we created to meet the needs of restaurants, fresh pasta shops and the more structured companies, to help them comply with their strictest hygiene and health standards.

These pasta cutters are dishwasher safe. The hole in the handle allows you to hang them on the kitchen hooks.
