Our aim here at Food Valley s.r.l. is to ensure your satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, simply return your item(s) within fourteen (14) days of receipt of order for full refund of your purchase at www.tagliapasta.com.
Please log in to www.tagliapasta.com and click on “Order History” to send us your return request.
Product(s) that are not eligible for return include the following:
- Customized products.
- Sealed products that are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons and that have been opened on receipt.
1. Conditions for Returning Goods Under Art. 52 of the Italian Consumer Rights Act (Codice del Consumo)
In order to exercise your right to return your purchase, you must comply with following requirements:
1. Product(s) must not be used or damaged.
2. Customized products are not eligible for return.
3. Sealed products that are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons and that have been opened on receipt cannot be returned.
4. Product(s) must be returned in original packaging and conditions. If you wish to return a kit of products, you will have to return all the products included within the kit.
5. Please open your return request by clicking on “Order History” on www.tagliapasta.com. Click on the order you wish to return within fourteen (14) days of receipt of order.
6. All returned products must be sent to Food Valley s.r.l. in only one shipment. Food Valley s.r.l.. reserves the right to not accept products from the same order that are returned and received at different times.
7. All returned items must be shipped back to us within seven (7) days from the day when we accepted your return.
8. A copy of the purchase invoice must be included in the package.
9. Please return your order from the same address you used as your delivery address.
If you comply with all these conditions, Food Valley s.r.l. will proceed to refund you back as follows:
1. If you return your full order, you will be refunded the full amount.
2. If you return part of your order, you will be refunded the amount corresponding to the returned product(s) (shipping charges are not included).
If your return does not comply with the above-mentioned conditions, you will receive a notice from us that your return has not been accepted.
In this case, you will be able to choose to get your order back. You will be charged for the shipping.
If you refuse to get your order back, Food Valley s.r.l. reserves the right to keep the product(s) and the total amount of the order.
2. Refund Time and Conditions
Food Valley s.r.l. will check the product(s) you returned and, if all requirements are met, you will receive a confirmation email that we accepted your return.
Regardless of the method of payment you used (credit/debit card, bank transfer or PayPal account), Food Valley s.r.l. will proceed to refund as soon as possible and always within thirty (30) days from the day when we accepted your return, but only after checking that your return is compliant with all the above-mentioned requirements.
The time required for you to actually get your refund amount depends on the method of payment you used at the time of your purchase:
The time required to display your refund depends on the company that issued your card. Please note that the value date of refund is the same one of the purchase, so the amount won't be affected in terms of bank interests.
We will refund your PayPal account and the total amount will be immediately displayed. The actual refund will be displayed on your PayPal credit card depending on the company that issued your card. If the order is a gift, the person who made the purchase will be refunded.
The time of refund is normally between 2 to 4 days depending on your bank.
3. Return Fees and Responsibilities
Return costs, any customs duties and responsibilities are born by the Customer.
If the product(s) are returned at the Seller's cost, Food Valley s.r.l. will withdraw the shipping costs from your refund or refuse the package.
